Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
This five-day course shows leaders how to close the gap between strategy and results. It focuses on tangible tools and routines that make strategy actionable. Participants will learn how to set priorities, align resources, and sustain delivery through governance and performance rhythms. The emphasis is on practical application, not theory.
1. Create a one-page execution plan that links strategic priorities to specific initiatives, owners, milestones, and measurable KPIs.
2. Establish an operational cadence (review meetings, decision rights, escalation rules) that keeps initiatives on track.
3. Design governance and role clarity to remove decision bottlenecks and speed implementation.
4. Align budgets and resource plans to strategic priorities so funding and people match intended outcomes.
5. Diagnose execution shortfalls and apply targeted fixes (re-prioritization, change interventions, performance management).
1. Business unit heads and general managers accountable for unit performance.
2. Chief Operating Officers and Operations Directors responsible for delivery.
3. Heads of Strategy, Corporate Planning, or Strategy Directors who translate corporate direction into plans.
4. Program and portfolio managers, and PMO directors overseeing strategic initiatives.
